2023 Pa'lante Conference
MetroLALSA held it’s 2023 Pa’lante Conference at Seton Hall Law School on Saturday, March 4, 2023. MetroLALSA's mission is to empower and unify the Latina/o legal community, from pre-law students up to practicing attorneys, and the Pa'lante Conference is the central forum to achieving that mission.
After a three year long pause due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we observed that in spite of the pause and challenges of the past few years, the community still remains and we were eager and excited to be reunited at the 2023 Pa'lante Conference.
We heard from many wonderful and experienced panelists on topics such as cannabis law, alternative career paths one may pursue with a JD, and starting your own legal practice.
We were beyond thrilled to say that our 2023 Pa'lante Conference sold out, and hope for an even better turn out this upcoming 2024 year! We thank everyone who helped us reach this incredible goal. This was definitely a team effort and we could not have done this without the love and support of our greater community.
